Not good idea,
exit popup is not working at all
i lost time and money
Unfortunately I had problems with this plugin, where despite the settings being correct in WordPress, users – including myself – kept getting the popup displaying multiple times. The settings were double checked by WPCurve and yet I was still having problems. CodeCanyon has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced – when I tried to get help, they replied by asking me repeatedly the same questions. One colleague would check my settings on WordPress and then my email would get passed to another CodeCanyon colleague who would ask me for my WordPress access codes again. 20 emails later and they still haven’t fixed the problem, so I am moving to an alternative solution. If you aren’t a coder, I’d give Ninja Popups a miss. It’s a shame, as I liked the design – but I can’t have it reappearing every time one of my users logs onto the site.
My first experience with this plugin was back at the beginning of 2014 when I had a chance to review it on the 87Studios blog. Price for the plugin is $22, but the options and features that come with it make it well worth the money.
The plugin integrates with all the popular email marketing platforms out there (MailChimp, Mad Mimi, AWeber, etc) an is fast and easy to set up. The display options for the plugin are rather basic but very easy to customize.
You can buy add-ons to the Ninja Pop-ups so that you have more pop-up options and the plugin allows you to set up multiple pop-ups that can be displayed in different ways:
— Use different pop-ups for certain posts or pages
— Choose when to display a pop-up or when to turn it off on a certain page/post
— Trigger a pop-up after a certain amount of time or upon exit
There are other features, but these were what I thought to be the most impressive. After reviewing the pop-up for myself, I quickly fell in love and bought the plugin and extensions in lieu of other pop-ups. It’s one of the cheaper options, but just as powerful when it comes to collecting sign-ups or increasing social shares.
