We’ve tried using shop for an internal order website and have had nothing but trouble with it. We were pretty much forced to pay the $75 fee to get support to answer us within a day instead of a week. I’m still having a hard time getting the plugins that we’ve purchased from this company to work.
We hired a developer to make the changes to get the shopping cart to work….we purchased this plug in for the shopping cart and shipping function, so why wouldn’t it work?
I’ve sent in too many tickets with questions some of which they send you a response with steps to be able to do it yourself. If I wanted to do it myself I would have wrote the code from scratch and had less trouble. I would save yourself the headache and go with a better e-commerce plug in.
