- Maximum Price: The highest price a plugin is available for. This factors in the cost of all addons (if any) or the highest premium version sold.
- 10 Site Prices: Certain plugins get more expensive if you want to use them on more than 1 WordPress blog. Refer to the 10 site price to see such a difference.

We used this plugin for our shop for several years, and have been satisfied until this year.
They’ve released an “update” which BREAKS all previous functionality.
The shortcodes are gone. All filters are different — most have been removed completely, and a couple have been added in their place. These provide a fraction of the previously available customization. The online documentation is a MESS – half of it refers to the previous version.
The migration guide is a complete joke. It’s basically how to install a generic plugin. Note: if you completely change the API, maybe your migration guide should provide some details.
Now all my custom code is broken, and I have the option to buy their “premium” plugins to get back the functionality I had before.
NO THANKS!
I’m looking into other eCommerce options, and will have to rebuild my store.

Another one burned by Jigoshop: after I paid for a “lifetime unlimited membership” for a few hundred quid they did a runner, now I can’t download a single plugin that was included in the original deal. Apparently it’s because somebody bought Jigoshop and they figured old customers are worthless and they ditched us. Fuk’em.

Not happy at all with this plugin. off of their extensions are not cheap, and most of the times when installed, create a fatal error. Then the support loop starts with “we are aware of this problem and will inform you….”. Support takes days to get a reply if in the USA also. This is not just one time I had a problem. I’ve worked with this plugin and its problems now for 3 years! I’m moving away to Woocommerce.
