My iControlWP Review
iControlWP is a hosted service to manage multiple WordPress weblogs. It allows you to add any number of websites to manage them from a single dashboard and save a lot of time you would spend on your day to day WP management tasks by automating them or processing them in bulk.

There is a core set of features that is part of all WP management services compared here: They all let you add all your website to a single account, update plugins and themes easily, quickly login to your sites and create backups. What is different is how they implement those basic features in their interface and how easy to use their management dashboard (pictured above for iControlWP) is.
iControlWP concentrates on the core features mentioned above to help you manage multiple websites and does not have any unique features not found in its alternatives besides that.
All the basic management features are there but not much beyond that. While the normal pricing is fair and simple the upgrade to get automatic WordPress backups, a feature important to many users, feels rather expensive and seems well hidden on their website.
iControlWP is the only WP management software compared here that does not offer a free account option. They do however have a 30 day trial you can use to test all features. After that they charge a flat rate of $0.60 per website you want to manage per month. Even though their site claims that this gives you ‘Access to All Features’ it does not seem to include automatic backups, which costs another $3.00 per site per month through their own integrated WorpDrive service.
