Drupal is a good platform, but I really like working with WP for blogging.

I was also under the impression that Pligg was capable to integrate with WP; however, it appears to be a misunderstanding on my end. Drigg seems to be more solid by far.

First off thank you for your kind words about WPscoop, and you just happen to be already be viewing a combo of Drupal and Wordpress here at WPscoop

As for integration of both systems logins etc yes it would seem possible with the help of a drupal module which you can read more about here at WPcandy. One thing i noticed unfortunatley is the modules author blog is messed up and the module download is missing, this may be only temporary but i’m sure you could find this module somewhere else if required.

Drupal is a killer CMS but in my opinion WP is the better system for a blog although many Drupal blog users would disagree with me, but it’s just personal opinion.

Your also mistaken with pligg integrating with wordpress as it doesn’t have a bridge available for any 3rd party integration, pligg integrates with no 3rd party applications and looking at the information currently available in their forums they wouldn’t seem to have any future plans to do so.

Nice job with the site! It looks very nice. I wanted to ask you if you’ve seen a combo of drigg and WP. I’m very familiar with WP, but Drupal is something that I’m learning these days and don’t really want to invest all the time and effort in creating a new blog with that platform.

I’m not sure if there is a way to combined both platforms so that the information can flow effortlessly. I know this is possible with pligg, but I refuse to go that route.
