It seems like nowadays everyone has a twitter account me included and it’s really proving to be a great web resource to use. For a while now here at wpscoop we have had the idea of integrating your WPscoop member profile with your twitter accounts and today we are pleased to reveal our initial launch of this very feature.
What It Does
When you choose to integrate your WPscoop profile into your Twitter account any articles you submit to WPscoop will automatically be posted to your twitter account, cool huh.
How Do I Enable Twitter Integration
In your WPscoop member profile page when you edit your profile you will now see fields to input your twitter account information, here is an example image below.
Your twitter password is encrypted in the wpscoop database for security purposes and once you have inputed your details and saved them your password input field will show blank, it’s not an error. ![]()
After these steps your WPscoop profile will now be integrated with your twitter account allowing all your submissions to WPscoop to be posted automatically to your twitter account with the text of your choice. Only submission’s to WPscoop after you have enabled this function will be submitted to twitter, your old submissions will not be.
We hope you like this added little feature and as always we are trying to improve the site with all feeback welcomed.
